Lo Presti Ventura collaborated with We Move Bikes Logistics - a specialist bike transportation company operating across the UK and Europe (www.wmblogistics.com) - to manage the Harley-Davidson Experience Truck, a vehicle fully equipped to offer high level brand representation at key motorcycle, automotive and lifestyle events throughout England in support of the dealer network. The vehicle enabled the brand to interact directly with new customers at a variety of high-profile industry events, communicating what Harley-Davidson offers, and driving traffic into showrooms.

The Experience Truck included static bike and accessories displays, facilitated the collection of hot sales leads, and served as a base for test rides at selected events, allowing customers an opportunity to engage with the brand.

Lo Presti Ventura Ltd worked closely with WMB to ensure a successful and smoothly managed deployment of the H-D Experience Truck, including:

• Full event management support, including a dedicated event manager;
• Project management tools and post event feedback;
• Advisory on the selection of events to attend;
• Liaison with Harley-Davidson, their agencies and dealers;
• Provision of marketing, PR and event management creative input and guidance.
